Rights and Asset Register
Record every font, image and graphic you use, what its licence allows, and which products use it. Problems are flagged for you.
- One row per font, image or graphic, with the licence and what it allows
- Flags assets to check, assets not allowed in products for sale and missing licence copies
- Separate answers for products you sell and editable files you sell

Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes. There is no sign-up and no email address needed. Just download the file. If it helps you, you can buy me a coffee, but that is entirely optional and does not unlock anything.
Can it tell me what a licence allows?
No. It helps you keep a record of what you found when you read each licence. It is not legal advice. If you are unsure what a licence means, ask the creator or get professional advice.
Why a separate question for editable files?
When you sell an editable template, the buyer gets the fonts and graphics too. Many licences treat that differently from using an asset in a finished design.
Found this useful?
